2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
REDUR, S.A. processes the information provided by data subjects in order to conduct administrative, accounting and tax-related management of the requested services and to send commercial notifications about our products and services. We will not be able to perform these functions if you fail to provide your personal data.
No automated decisions will be made on the basis of the data you provide
3. How long will we keep your data?
The data will be kept until the data subject requests us to delete them or, as required, for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations.
4. What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
The following are the legal grounds for processing your data:
- Execution of a contract: to perform the administrative, accounting and tax-related management of the requested services.
- The Data Controller’s legitimate interest: to send commercial notices about our products and services by electronic means.
5. To whom will we disclose your data?
The data will be disclosed to the following recipients:
- The Tax Agency in order to comply with legal obligations (legal requirement).
- Financial institutions in order to issue the associated invoices (contractual requirement).

The Company does not plan to transfer the data to recipients in other countries.

Any person has the right to ascertain whether or not REDUR S.A. is processing personal data that concerns them.
Data subjects may access their personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or its deletion as appropriate when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You also have the right to portability of your data.
Under certain circumstances the Data Subject may request limitation of processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them to exercise or defend ourselves against claims.

We will keep the data during the entire period of the employment relationship and for the time required to fulfil any legal obligations.

- Compliance with a legal obligation: Prevention of occupational risks and health surveillance, preparation of payroll, social insurance and withholdings.

- The Tax Agency, Social Security and the insurer in order to comply with the legal obligations (legal requirement).
- Banks and financial institutions in order to pay wages and salaries (contractual requirements).
- State Foundation for On-the-Job Training (Fundae) in order to manage the subsidised courses (contractual requirement).
